- Provide a market analysis of your
top choices to help you determine the best price for your dream home. Occasionally a buyer elects to pay more than
the analysis indicates, but this should be your choice!
- Include you in her list of preferred clients,
insuring that you receive frequent updates on the latest listings in your areas of interest. Often the mostdesirable
homes are sold very quickly. Don’t you deserve to be one of the first to see that great new listing?
- Assist in the preparation
of your offer, with your needs and best interests constantly in mind.
- Negotiate aggressively on your behalf.
- Assist in home inspection (not all inspectors are created equal).
- Assist in coordinating any repairs and services required for your closing.
- Keep in touch with mortgage lender and closing agent to insure a smooth closing.
- Be available for your many questions and concerns, providing any assistance you may need throughout the entire process.
